Living Love Connection Memory Care Café

A welcoming community for individuals living with memory loss and those who care for them.

The Living Love Connection Memory Care Café is more than a monthly gathering—it is a place where people living with memory loss, family caregivers, friends, and care partners come together to experience joy, companionship, creativity, and hope.

Every gathering is intentionally designed to reduce isolation, strengthen relationships, and remind every participant that they are part of a caring community.

Whether this is your first visit or your tenth, you will be welcomed with compassion and accepted exactly as you are.

Why We Gather

Memory loss changes life—not only for the person experiencing it, but for everyone who loves and cares for them.

Many caregivers feel overwhelmed and isolated. Individuals living with memory loss often lose opportunities for meaningful social connection.

The Living Love Connection Memory Care Café was created to change that.

Together we laugh, learn, create, share meals, build friendships, and discover that no one has to walk this journey alone.

More Than a Program—A Place to Belong

Every Memory Care Café is built around the belief that every person deserves dignity, purpose, and meaningful connection.

Participants enjoy:

• Music and movement

• Creative arts and storytelling

• Shared meals and conversation

• Activities that engage mind, body, and spirit

• Caregiver education and peer support

• Community resources and referrals

• Spiritual encouragement that welcomes people of every faith—and those with no religious affiliation

No diagnosis documentation is required.

Since launching in March, 2026, we have:

• Connected more than 500 people through our hybrid dementia education and awareness programs.

• Welcomed approximately 30–40 participants at each in-person gathering.

• Helped caregivers build supportive relationships with others on the same journey.

• Connected families with trusted community resources.

• Reduced isolation through meaningful community engagement.

• Demonstrated how compassion, creativity, and community can transform the experience of living with memory loss.

A Message from Rev. Arleen King

rev a page 2.webp

As both a minister and a caregiver for my mother living with Alzheimer’s disease, I understand the challenges, uncertainty, and deep love that are part of the caregiving journey.

The Living Love Connection Memory Care Café is a ministry of compassion where every person is welcomed with dignity, every caregiver is supported, and every family is reminded that they are not alone.

Together, we are building a community where love is put into action every day.
